30-Day Return Policy on Non-Perishable Items:

You may return non-perishable items within 30 days from the date received. To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

1. Ensure the item(s) are new, unused, in the original condition and box, including all parts, accessories, and packaging.

2. Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions.

3. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write the RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip.

4. Provide a brief explanation of why you are returning the product to help us improve our service.

Return Authorization Number (RA#) Requirements:

Returns without a valid RA# may experience processing delays of up to 45 days and will be subject to a 10% processing fee. A 20% restock fee will be applied to items returned in a dirty condition, with traces of animal hair, missing parts or packaging, or if the product is deemed unsellable.

Return Shipping:Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). We recommend sending your return prepaid via UPS or FedEx for your protection. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number as proof of return delivery. Prodogz LLC is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during shipping.

Refund Process:Upon processing your return, your original credit card will be credited. If you paid by check, your account will be credited. For prepaid gift cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), please retain them to ensure proper credit.

Missing, Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of receipt. After 10 days, please contact the manufacturer regarding defective or damaged merchandise.
